Specifications︰We are in the line of dried fruits products for several years ,this year we have many newly-developed products such as dried strawberry, dried kiwi, dried Physalis pubescens (Ground cherry ), especially the dried strawberry is strongly recommended which adopt unique technology ,have good taste and bright-colored, they are mainly for the Japan market ( supply for only one corporation in Japan, as the technology is supplied by them and we developed jointly with our factory, but supply for other market have no problem ).

Advantage for the Japan technology we currently use:
the largest advantage for the Japan technique we currently use is for the problem of viscidity(mucosity, mucilage) of our products. the strawberry is not viscid and will not stick together. Furthermore , this kind is a newly-developed products and we deal in solely, we adopt special fresh-kept technique, that’s the reason why we have strawberry production all year round . other factories cannot produce dried strawberry in winter now because of the problem of raw materials.

The quality standard we can guarantee:
Sugar: 65
Moisture : ≤18%
sulfur dioxide(SO2): ≤300 ppm

the dried fruits we handle are as follows:

dried kiwi, dried strawberry, dried strawberry dices, dried ginseng, dried pears(have different variety),dried peach(have different variety),dried apricots, dried little cherry, dried caprifig , dried plum, dried apples, dried apple rings( Fuji variety, Guoguang variety), dried apple dices, dried apple powder, dried banana, dried banana dices and other dried fruits.

We are also in the line of freeze dried products. with 6 sets world first-class freeze-drying vacuum production lines, 20 sets highly-praised MD vegetable-drying equipment, one quick-frozen warehouse imported from abroad, 5 sets modernized AD vegetable-dehydrating lines and advanced methods of quality control, our factory chiefly produces FD,MD,AD, QUICK-FROZEN products with more than 60 varieties in 4 series. the annual output is 5000 MTS, among which, FD high-grade products(vegetables, fruits, seafood and meat products) is 500 MTS.
